This wedding story has a couple of posts. I absolutely loved photographing them in the beautiful, lush, West Virginia scenery. THE FERNS… oh the ferns. I was obsessed. Annie and Jimmy also put together an amazing party with an amazing band outside under the awning at the boathouse. There were plenty of friends and plenty of libations to go around. Mountain Moonshine anyone? There were so many beautiful moments and such amazing light. What a great day. I’m so thankful to have been a part of it. Congrats you two!

Annie had her hair and makeup done at the cabin her parents were renting for the weekend at Alpine. Annie was a little obsessed (and rightly so) with her “Choos” (used instead of “shoes”) and with Nora (her dress). So, there are plenty of photos of them. :)

After Annie was dressed, she was just standing there looking so beautiful in the window light, I had to stop, put down my camera, grab her hands and tell her how pretty she looked…which sent both of us in a dangerous, tearful direction….oops.
